We Want You!

Volunteering for the Trail of Terror

From monsters to ticket-takers to maintenance and construction, we’re looking for several ghould – make that “good” – men and women. Local students commonly fill acting roles, but we can always use specialized logistics and support personnel. The 2018 season runs for 12 nights, beginning the last weekend of September and running through every weekend in October and Halloween.

All volunteers must be 14 years of age or older at the time of the Trail event. We apologize to those who turn 14 on 1 November – them’s the breaks. We appreciate your enthusiasm and we’ll see you next year!

All volunteers must complete Trail of Terror pre-registration and provide photo ID with proof of age or make arrangements to deliver that documentation prior to participating in any Trail operations. We accept the following forms of identification. Please note this list is not exhaustive; contact us with questions.

  • Driver’s licenses
  • Learner’s permits
  • State-issued ID cards
  • Military ID cards
  • Passports
  • Student ID cards with proof of birthday (e.g., birth certificates). Student IDs alone are insufficient as they do not have a date of birth printed on them.
